Refund policy

Please Note: ALL processed sales incur a processing fee. Credit card / processing fees are charged to 417 Motorsports when purchases are made and again if refunds are issued. These fees are NOT refundable in any circumstance, whether the product has shipped or not and any order not shipped. Please read below for more details. 

All shipments need to be opened within 3 days of delivery to confirm contents of goods.  Any concerns after 3 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of 417 Motorsports. You MUST email 417 Motorsports to notify us of any issues. Any returns must be shipped back to 417 Motorsports within 7 days of the request. 

If you would like to cancel an order prior to it being shipped there will be a processing fee of 20% that will be withheld from your refund. As soon as your order is placed we start to order parts and/or material for your order. A lot of items are NOT kept in the shop. 

Please Read The Below Info and Understand Before attempting to return goods.  Note: Not all goods qualify for returns and fees may apply. 

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace defective items and some non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order. You may request to return products that: 
• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are non-refundable or exchangeable:

  • Elbows
  • Tops 
  • Y-Blocks
  • S10 K-Members
  • GTO K-Members
  • Control Arms
  • Fittings
  • Custom or special order items
  • Electrical parts and components

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on how the banks processes refunds.

Sale items or blemished items we sell for a discount are NOT refundable. 

Holley items are NOT refundable.
